Low carb palačinke

Sastojci:

  1.  5 jaja
  2.  100g ella sira
  3.  1 kasika psilijuma (nije obavezno)
  4.  1/4 kasicice sode bikarbone
  5.  Za slatku verziju-stevija

Priprema:

  • Mikserom umutiti jaja i sir, dodati sodu, psilijum i steviju, ostaviti smesu da odstoji 5 min pa peci palacinke na maslacu, kokosovom ulju ili na masti.
  • Ja sam za fil otopila maslac u malo vode i dodala mericu whey-a od čokolade.
