Keleraba na lchf način

keleraba

Sastojci:

  1. 1 manja keleraba
  2. 50-60 g maslaca
  3. 1 dcl pavlake za kuvanje
  4. peršunov list
  5. so, biber, beli luk u prahu

Priprema:

  • Kelerabu očistiti i narezati na kockice.

    Maslac otopiti, dodati kelerabu i malo vode. Dinstati oko 15 minuta ili dok keleraba fino ne omekša. Posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati malo belog luka u prahu. Pred kraj dodati pavlaku za kuvanje i na kraju posuti peršunovim listom.
