Pileće pljeskavice

Sastojci:

  1. 500 g pilećeg belog mesa
  2. 1 srednja glavica crnog luka
  3. 1 jaje
  4. 2 kašičice mlevene, ljute paprike
  5. 2 kašičice začina za piletinu (kotanyi)
  6. 2,3 kašičice pečenog susama

Priprema:

  • U secko ubaciti glavicu luka i iseckati, dodati belo meso isečeno na kockice, jaje, začine i izblendirati sve zajedno. Na kraju dodati susam i izmešati. Na pleh staviti papir za pečenje i od smese formirati rukama pljeskavice. Peći na 200-230 stepeni oko 20-30min.
