Low carb kuglice

Sastojci:

  1. 30 g kokosovog ulja
  2. 30 g kokosovog brašna
  3. 100 g whey proteina od jagode i bele čokolade
  4. 1/2 kašičice arome kokosa
  5. stevija

Priprema:

  • Istopiti kokosovo ulje, dodati steviju, aromu, whey i kokosovo brašno. Dodavati pomalo vode i umesiti smesu koja treba biti pomalo “gnjecava”. Ostaviti u frižideru na 15-20 minuta da se malo stegne.
  • Od smese praviti kuglice i uvaljati u kokos.
    Može se dodati po jedan badem ili lešnik unutra.
