Slani lchf mafini

Sastojci:

  1. 2 jaja
  2. 180 g kiselog mleka ili pavlake
  3. 40 g maslaca
  4. 100 g lchf brašna (mleveni susam, laneno seme, bademi…)
  5. 100 g feta sira
  6. 30-tak grama slaninice

Priprema:

  • Izmiksati jaja, maslac istopiti pa dodati jajima, dodati kiselo mleko i LCHF brašno, izmiksati sve zajedno.
  • Slaninu sitno iseckati, sir izmrviti rukama i dodati smesi. Dodati soli po ukusu, zavisi koliko su slani sir i slanina, ja sam dodala vrlo malo.
  • Puniti kalupe za mafine, po želji posuti ih susamom i peći na 180 stepeni oko 20-25 minuta.
