Konak piletina

Sastojci:

  1. 500 g pilećeg belog mesa
  2. 200 g suvog vrata
  3. 100 g slanine
  4. 200 g kačkavalja
  5. 1 jaje
  6. 200 ml kisele pavlake
  7. ulje, senf

Priprema:

  • Belo meso iseći na tanke šnicle, posuti ih začinom i premazati senfom. Slaninu iseći na kockice, suvi vrat na listove, a takođe i kackavalj.
  • Premazati vatrostalnu posudu, staviti na dno šnicle, preko poređati listove suvog vrata. Preko pobacati slaninu, polovinu pavlake dobro razmazati i složiti listove kačkavalja. Posebno umutiti jaje i drugu polovinu pavlake i preliti preko  kačkavalja.
  • Peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni do rumene boje.
